Understanding the characteristics of your own personality and those of your coworkers, employees, and supervisors leads to increased motivation, better production, and harmony in the workplace. This interactive workshop guides participants through a simple research-based personality assessment, teaches them how to utilize their knowledge about personality types, and fosters understanding of workplace relationships.
This course is available in both a basic two-hour workshop and an extended four-hour workshop which provides additional activities and discussion groups.
