With four generations at work in many organizations, understanding cross-generational communication issues has become a vital part of the workplace. This presentation provides an entertaining platform for investigating each generation’s historical influences, gives participants insight into generational workplace motivations, discusses generational influences on work values, and helps foster an appreciation of the unique skill set of each generation in the workplace.
This course is available in both a basic two-hour workshop and an extended four-hour workshop which includes multi-generational discussion groups working with real-life case studies.
