Begin the process of becoming a United States citizen by enrolling in a eight-week course that will help you prepare for the United States Naturalization Test and Interview. In this course, you will study United States history, geography, and government, as well as, improve your reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in English.
To be eligible for the United States Citizenship Preparation class, you must be age 18 or older; have been in the United States close to five years or more, have a Permanent Resident Card (Green Card); and be able to read, write, and speak some English.
Classes are currently offered at our Huron and Aberdeen campuses. Class size is limited, and preference will be given to students who have had a Green Card for four or more years.
